National Bank Merger Summary

Greeley National Bank Merger Summary
The First National Bank was chartered #3178 in 1884. The Greeley National Bank was chartered #4437 in 1890. The third Greeley bank to be chartered was the Union National Bank #7604 in 1905. The fourth bank chartered was the City National Bank #10038 in 1911.

In 1915 the City National Bank merged with the Union National Bank. The new bank retained the Union National Bank name and charter number.

The Greeley National Bank and the Union National Bank merged on March 26, 1926 to form the Greeley Union National Bank retaining charter #4437.

The Greeley National Bank was reorganized and re-chartered to #13928 and the name was changed to the Greeley National Bank in 1934.
